1. Introduction

Welcome to Joker, a casual card-game scoresheet designed for a fun and simple experience. Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy outlines what information is collected and how it is used, including through the optional rewarded-ad feature described below.

2. Data We Collect

Joker itself does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no account creation, login, or personal data submission required to use the app. The only data the app stores is described in Section 4, and it never leaves your device.

When you choose to watch a rewarded ad (see Section 3), our advertising partner, Google, may collect certain device and technical data as described in that section.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

On Android, starting a new game normally costs one in-app "point." If your point balance is empty, you can choose to watch a short rewarded video ad, served through Google AdMob, to earn another point. Watching an ad is always optional — it is never required just to open the app, and it never plays automatically.

To serve these ads, the app connects to the internet and uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google (and its advertising partners) may collect and process data such as your advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data, in order to serve, measure, and prevent fraud on ads. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Ads Technology Providers page.

Where required by law (for example, users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing personalized ads. You can review or change your consent choice at any time using the "რეკლამის კონფიდენციალურობის პარამეტრები" ("Ad Privacy Settings") button on the main screen, when available.

The app does not use any analytics SDK beyond what Google's Mobile Ads SDK itself requires to operate.

4. Local Data Usage

All gameplay data (player names, bids, and takes) is held in memory during a game and is autosaved locally on your device (a single save file) so an unexpected close can be resumed later — it is never transmitted anywhere. Ending a game clears this save.

Your point balance (see Section 3) is also stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party except as necessary for Google to serve and measure the ad you chose to watch.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children. Since Joker itself collects no personal data, and ad-related data is handled by Google as described in Section 3, there is minimal risk of data misuse.

6. Data Security

Joker does not transmit or store any of your data on our own servers — we don't operate any. All gameplay and points data stays on your local device. Data associated with ad serving is transmitted only to Google, subject to Google's own security and privacy practices.

7. Your Choices

Watching a rewarded ad is entirely optional. If you decline, you can still play by using previously earned points, or on platforms where the ad gate is not active. Where a consent form is shown, you may withdraw or change consent at any time via the "Ad Privacy Settings" button described in Section 3.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected within this document, along with a revised "Last Updated" date.
